Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk

PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk is an agribusiness company. It is engaged in plantation, processing and agricultural logistics and marketing activities. Originated in 1921 under Handel Maatschapij James Alexander Wattie and Limited Company, in 1987 the company was taken over by the Soedarjo and Hadi Surya families with majority ownership and the name was changed to PT Jaya Agra Wattie. PT Gozco Plantations Tbk is a palm oil and palm kernel manufacturer. Its major operation includes planting of palms, production of fresh fruit bunches and processing of crude palm oil and palm kernel for distribution in Indonesia. The company operates in South Sumatra, Indonesia, and produces crude palm oil and palm kernel from fresh fruit bunches directly harvested from its plantation which is further processed at the processing plant located at the company’s plantation vicinity.
